Customer must present a driving licence for at least one year. Minimum age required is 21.

Requirements to Lessees
Lessee must be 20 years of age, must have valid personal documents - passport and driver's license, with practice minimum 1 year. The rented car may be driven only by the persons entered in and authorized by the Rent Contract.

Terms of Renting
Vehicles are rented at the company's office. Upon signing the Contract, the car passes an inspection and findings are made. Upon returning the car by the client, an authorized employee of the company inspects the car and if he finds losses and damages caused through Lessee's fault and not covered by the insurance policy, the amount due is deducted from the deposit.

• upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle at particular hotel or another place at the territory of Sofia town (no surcharge for the service)
• upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle at Sofia Airport (one-time surcharge fee of 10.00EUR is paid)
• upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle at any particular place in Bulgaria (one-time surcharge fee of 50.00EUR is paid)
• upon request our customer may rent/ return the vehicle not in the business hours - one-time surcharge fee of 10.00EUR is paid

Business hours: every day from 9.00AM to 6.00PM

Renting Prices
Renting prices rules:

• All prices are in EUR
• The rent due is valid for 24 hours as of the time of renting. . If the return of the car is delayed within 1 to 4 hours, 50% of the renting price per 1 day is paid.In case of delay for more than 4 hours, 100% of the rent due per 1 day is paid
• WEEKEND rate is valid from Friday, 4.00PM to Monday, 10.00AM
• MONTHLY rate is for the period of 30 days
• Minimum renting period is one day (24 hours)

The renting price includes:

• vehicle maintenance
• third party liability insurance at the highest rate
• personal accident insurance
• full Auto Casco insurance with BULIns Insurance Company

except for the following cases:

• the vehicle is driven after alcohol or substance abuse
• no police report for insurance occurrence is presented upon returning the vehicle
• Lessee has given the vehicle to a third person not authorized in the Contract or not having a driving license
• car tires are damaged not as a result of fire or car accident
• if the vehicle is rented for a period of 3 days and has run more than 500 km, a one-time kilometer fee of 5.00EUR is paid. If the vehicle is rented for more than 3 days, there is no limit to the kilometers covered
• if Lessee pays Limited Liability fee, Lessee is liable for any damages caused through Lessee's fault up to the deposit limit. The fee amount is from 1.00EUR to 4.00EUR per day

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the renting price. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than the quantity specified in the Contract, the difference is paid by Lessee.

Renting a vehicle with a driver has to be stated when making a reservation:

• 18.00 EUR per day for city of Sofia
• 18.00 EUR per day for the country + daily expenses
